Product Description

1. The cylindrical container constitutes the main part of the high-pressure processing machine, and is composed of a sleeve lined with high-strength stainless steel and high-strength alloy steel. The container is forcibly closed at the lower end, the upper end of the container is opened and closed by a hydraulic mechanism, and the closure is realized by two stainless steel plugs. The device consisting of two plugs contains all the joints and pipes required to connect to the container, that is, the high-pressure circuit. In addition to various pipes, the plug also seals the water in the container by supporting the seal. The plug of the container must bear all the working pressure in the axial direction. The plug should be supported by a cushion block, which actually transfers the pressure from the closed container to the door frame, and the door frame must withstand all the forces in the end. The total weight is about 1.5 tons.
2. High voltage circuit
The high-pressure circuit is composed of a supercharger, which generates high pressure in the container, related auxiliary pressure circuit, pipes and accessories. The purpose of the booster is to flush pressurized water into the closed container at high pressure through one of the plugs. The pressurization process not only requires the set pressure to be reached, but also requires the pressure to be reached in the shortest possible time. In order to relieve the pressure of the container, there are two ways to connect the pressure relief valve to the water storage tank (open the right side cover, the tank above the booster).
3. Low pressure circuit
The container is filled with water through a low-pressure circuit, which is independent of the high-pressure circuit. The container is connected to the flushing pump through the lower plug, and the high-pressure one-way valve is used for rapid flushing.
Hydraulic device
The hydraulic device is responsible for pushing the upper plug up and down; the forward and backward of the cushion block; the opening and closing of the pressure relief valve; the forward and backward of the door frame; the work of the low pressure oil of the turbocharger. It consists of the following parts: a fuel tank, an 11KW electric pump with a speed of 1470 rpm, a flow rate of 60 l/min, a series of electric valves for starting, and some auxiliary equipment, such as filters, pressure gauges, and displacement regulators.
