Theory
Raw material will be distributed evenly in every evaporating pipe, at the function of gravity, flow downward form a membrane in the inner wall of evaporator. At the same time, heating steam will heat exchanged, so liquid membrane will evaporating under mostly any pressure, run in the same direction of secondary steam, so that accelerated liquid membrane flow speed, increase the effect of heat exchange and film formation, shorten the heating time, so it suit for heat sensitive material concentrated to a higher concentration. In order to insure the wet state of film formation and improve heat exchange effect, in premise of fixed heat exchange area, increase the heat exchange length is the best way, this also why falling film is long and thin.
Application:
The machine can widely used in the concentration of the glucose, starch sugar, oligose, maltose, sorbierite, milk, juice, vitamin C, maltodextrin and other aqueous solution. And also widely used in liquid waste disposal such as industry field of gourmet powder, alcohol and fishmeal.

The TNJM03 evaporator series (three effect falling film evaporator) allowed arranging special process flow according to different feature of material. It can also designed according to customer's special requirement.
Characteristic:
A. The three effect falling film evaporator researched into, developed by our company is a high and new tech product among vast pharmaceutical equipments. It classified into 1000-50000kg/h series.
B. Material of contact: All made of stainless steel SUS304 material;
C. The equipment composed of one-effect, two-effect, three-effect heater, one-effect, two-effect, three-effect separator, preheater, composite condenser, hot press pump, vacuum pump, product pump, surge tank, electric cabinet, worktable and all pipelines and valves.
D. Low steam consumption, 1kg steam evaporate 3.5kg water.
E. Low evaporate temperature. Partial of indirect steam re-inhaled into one-effect heater by jet-type hot press pump can make full use of the heat and evaporate temperature are relatively lower.
F. Concentration factor big. Falling film evaporate can make the feed liquid with viscosity coefficient easy evaporate and no scale. The concentration time is short. The concentration ratio is 1: 5.
G. It can achieve automatic operation by control box consisted of electric power, product pump, vacuum pump, vacuum meter and temperature meter
