Agitated thin film evaporator    is suitable for the liquid evaporation&concentration in the industries of pharmacy, food, chemical, light industry, etc. This equipment features short concentration time, fast evaporation time and can protect the thermal sensitivity materials well. 

Product Features:

The evaporating chamber adopts a spiral design to accelerate liquid sedimentation, quickly realize gas-liquid separation, recover better solvent appearance, and reduce material loss.
The negative pressure discharging pump can be freely switched to circulation and discharging modes, and realizes secondary evaporation for materials that have not evaporated completely. For high viscosity materials, it has a discharge better than ordinary explosion-proof centrifugal pumps.
Three SUS316L welding heat exchanger is used to condense steam, realizing efficiency heat exchange and environmental protection.The first heat exchanger preheats the material to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
